Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.)

The Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D) program is a free, self-defense course hosted by the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office.

 

R.A.D. classes are designed to teach women how to defend themselves against unexpected, physical attacks. All ages are welcome and no prior self-defense training is necessary. Class sizes are limited and prior registration is required.
